Trafalgar Killian made his mark at the National Western Stock Show in 2024, earning Reserve Grand Champion Bull honors and securing his place among the breed’s elite. Built with added muscle, foot size, and true power, Killian combines performance with structural integrity and the kind of presence that elevates a program.

 

He is backed by an exceptional pedigree loaded with proven, influential genetics. His sire, Highland Spice Hickory, was named Grand Champion Bull at the National Western Stock Show in 2022 and has since produced numerous champions of his own, both bulls and females — demonstrating consistency and true breeding value.

On the maternal side, his dam, Trafalgar Gwen, has been a no-miss female for both the Trafalgar and Star Lake programs. Gwen herself is a proven champion, earning Grand Champion Female honors at the Cornhusker State Highland Classic in 2019, and later being named Reserve Grand Champion Cow-Calf alongside Killian at the 2022 National Western Stock Show. Further validating the strength of this cow family, Killian’s full brother, Trafalgar Maddox, was named the 2024 AHCA ROE Show Bull of the Year for the Medina Family at Storybrooke Farm.

His lineage is further stacked with influential sires including Trafalgar Dominik and Trafalgar Luther, among others who continue to leave their mark on the breed.

 

Killian is already making his mark in production, with calves that impress in their consistency, quality, and overall look. His influence is one we’re confident will continue to add value across a wide range of programs.

 

Recently, possession on Killian was acquired by Stuarton Oaks, further reinforcing the demand for his genetics.
