An elegant female backed by a powerful, proven pedigree, HS Jaylyn represents the kind of balance and quality we strive for in our program. We purchased her from Star Lake Cattle Company, and she has continued to validate that decision in every way.

On the top side, she is sired by STR Revolution, the 2019 Grand Champion Bull at the National Western Stock Show. Her maternal sister further reinforces the strength of this pedigree, having won the Open Female Show at the National Western Stock Show in 2023 — just one example of the consistency built into this cow family.

Jaylyn is a female we appreciate for her added presence, structural soundness, and deep, robust rib shape. She combines femininity with functionality, making her not only eye-catching but highly productive. Her influence was evident early. Her first calf, HC Cease & Desist, earned her a place in the donor pen and has gone on to make a name for himself. Now owned by us along with Ritz Land & Cattle and Whispering Oak Highlands, Cease & Desist was named Reserve Grand Champion Bull at the South Central Route 66 Highland Classic in 2025 and later went on to win Grand Champion Bull at the North American International Livestock Exposition.

The bottom side of Jaylyn’s pedigree adds even more value, tracing back to the prestigious Willow Glen program in Canada — known for producing well-rounded, functional cattle that thrive in grass-based systems. This maternal influence brings a strong foundation of mostly outcross Canadian genetics, adding both diversity and practicality to her genetic makeup.
